Two things I’ve learned in the last few months. Number One: It is fun to buy clothes for little girls. Grandmas especially seem to enjoy this. Number Two: Kids outgrow their clothes fast. We’re already accumulating quite the wardrobe for Miss Savannah and yes, she has only worn some items once before they don’t fit. Sigh. So to store her ever growing supply of frilly skirts and ruffly shirts we went out to Target and picked up a few storage bins that fit under the crib. As we were going through her clothes and sorting them Sam asked if I wanted to go grab some masking tape and a sharpie so that we could label the bins. I looked at him and said, “No I don’t want to go grab some masking tape and a sharpie! Who do you think you’re married to?” Honestly. Masking tape. Psshh.
Why use tape when you can have cute labels? I made labels some to organize her bins and now you can have them too!
I designed these labels to fit on the Avery Labels 5164 and they are sized to be 3 1/3″ by 4″. I used the template right from the Avery website but all printers are different so when I printed mine the design was slightly off on the labels but I just trimmed it up with some scissors. No biggie.
And of course you don’t have to print them on the labels either. If you’d like to print them on card stock and laminate them, maybe hang them from some baskets or shelves well then go ahead! Mine works nicely on the bins underneath Savannah’s crib.
